Toolkit

The BeNature Toolkit

The BeNature Toolkit allows educators and communities to evaluate the positive impact of nature-based activities on participants’ ecocentric journey, wellbeing, and personal development.

Select the best method for you

To validate the positive impact of nature activities or gather insights to support ecocentric learning and wellbeing in policymaking, we must collect meaningful evidence.

Here, we provide tools to gather evidence to compare and improve meaningful nature activities, or monitor the impact of nature activities on people’s relationship with nature, personal development, and well-being.

The goal of this toolkit is to provide an evaluation platform that can provide a standard for the evaluation of nature-based activities.

For each of these goals, there are several suitable methods available.

Follow the flowchart and select the method that best suits your situation, participants, and the positive impact you generated with your activities.

Questionnaires generate numerical data that can be used for comparisons, graphs, and reports. Open-ended questions are more suitable when you want to collect rich insights or share meaningful stories online or in newsletters.
